Shipping & Return Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders confirmed through our official WhatsApp desk or retail sales channels are processed within 24 to 48 business hours from our New Delhi warehouse. We partner with reputable surface and express courier providers to service pin-codes across India.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Delhi NCR: Typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days depending on logistics reach.

3. Packaging & Bottle Integrity

All bottles of Mangovita™ Kids (100 ml) and Mangovita™ Adults (200 ml) are individually packaged in protective carton sleeves with tamper-evident caps and inner measuring cups. In transit, products are cushioned in heavy corrugated boxes.

4. Damaged Shipments & Replacement

As liquid consumable nutraceutical supplements, products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety protocols. However, if your package arrives with visible bottle breakage or leakage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 95070 94197) or email (contact@kenaslabs.com) along with photos of the damaged parcel for an immediate free replacement.
